END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

 Standard Apple/Developer Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal contract between you (the End-User) and the developer, Martha Perez, governing your use of the Game Booster: Game Turbo iOS Mobile Application.

1. License Grant

Martha Perez grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run one copy of the App on an Apple-branded device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

2. Termination of License

This license is effective from the date you download the App until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies installed on your devices.

3. Apple Inc. Not Responsible

You explicitly acknowledge that this EULA is concluded solely between you and Martha Perez, and not with Apple Inc.

Martha Perez is solely responsible for the App and its content.

Apple Inc. has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Martha Perez, not Apple, will be responsible for investigation, defense, and settlement.

4. User Content Warranty & Respect for Copyright

As a condition of this License, you warrant that you will use this software responsibly. The saving of copyrighted videos and photos without creator permission is explicitly forbidden by this license. Any legal dispute arising from user copyright infringement will be the sole legal liability of the end-user.

5. Product Claims & Product Liability

Martha Perez is responsible for addressing any user claims relating to the application. If you experience performance loss or legal questions, you may contact the developer at the designated support email. Apple has no liability for any product claims.
