1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Game Booster: Game Turbo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately delete the App from your device.

2. Scope of Service & Utility

The App provides automated utility tools including:

Saving and playing publicly visible status media.

Category-wise media browsing (Aesthetic, Wildlife, Cuisine, etc.).

Inspirational and Literature Quotes cataloging.

Direct Chat protocol via third-party APIs.

Custom QR Code creation and local Activity Timeline logging.

You acknowledge that the App is a tool intended to manage content you already have a legal right to view or access.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Fair Use Policy

App Content: All app code, designs, UI elements, layouts, and curated logos belong strictly to Martha Perez.

User-Saved Content: We do not own any content you save using the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring that downloading or saving any media does not violate the intellectual property rights or copyrights of the original owner. You must seek explicit permission from the original owner before resharing or distributing saved status videos/photos.

4. Prohibited Uses

By utilizing our application, you strictly agree NOT to:

Use the App to infringe upon any person's copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

Use automated bots, scrapers, or reverse-engineering scripts against our application infrastructure.

Modify, hack, or attempt to bypass any digital rights or features inside the iOS bundle.

Use the App for any fraudulent, malicious, or illegal activities.

5. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer (Strict Meta/WhatsApp Note)

Game Booster: Game Turbo is an independent utility application.

It is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with WhatsApp Inc., Meta Platforms Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

The names "WhatsApp", as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images, are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Martha Perez does not guarantee that the App will be 100% bug-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with future updates of third-party messenger platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable iOS law, Martha Perez shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, or from unauthorized redistribution of media by the user.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

 Standard Apple/Developer Agreement This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal contract between you (the End-User) and the developer, Martha Perez, governing your use of the Game Booster: Game Turbo iOS Mobile Application. 1. License Grant Martha Perez grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run one copy of the App on an Apple-branded device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service. 2. Termination of License This license is effective from the date you download the App until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
